Originally I order the 8" wide, white oak plank, #3 flooring listed as in-stock on the website. A couple days later I received a call and the 8" was not in stock, I agreed to go with the 5" wide as it was in stock at the time. After the item was delivered to my local area the carrier would not deliver the item to my home saying they could not get the item up my lane, I had paid for delivery to my sidewalk and paid an extra 250.00 for the lift gate service. Finally was able to have the item delivered to another address but the carrier would not have a lift gate and they would also not assist in unloading the flooring from the semi, I had to hire additional people just to unload the items and deliver to my house. Once I seen the products, about half of the 950sf flooring were 6"-8" pieces with about 5% of the total flooring over 2"... definitely not the 1-3' lengths mentioned in the website description. To return the product would be a waste of time and money, I would be required to pay the freight shipping back and a 35% restocking fee. So bottom line is, I feel I was mislead in what I received and the shipping process was a very bad experience. On the bright side of not getting the lift gate, delivery service and the 8" product in the lengths I purchased, the wood flooring pieces that I did receive were very nice quality.
